All customers using MuniciPAY to pay bills online have the option to create an account. Creating an account is not required to make a payment. Creating an account will keep track of all payments made through MuniciPAY - even when paying different Municipalities.
On the right side of the payment page, you will see the Log In box. To begin creating your account, click Create Account
On the Create Account page, enter your email and set your password. Then click Sign Up.
You will receive an email like the one below. Follow the link to activate.
You will be brought to the following screen:
Now you will be able to sign into your account:
And view your payment history:
